We're finalizing the full Terms of Service ahead of public launch. In the meantime, your use of MakeAPoint is governed by the practical principles below — and we're happy to answer any specific question by email.

• Use MakeAPoint only on content you have the right to share.
• Don't paste personally identifiable information, regulated data, or anything you'd be uncomfortable seeing in a third-party system. The transcript is sent to Anthropic for analysis.
• Automated abuse — scraping, brute-force usage, or bypassing rate limits — will result in account suspension.
• We may update or retire the service. We'll give reasonable notice and a way to export your data first.
